Ceres Home Delivered Meals for Fire Victims with Medical Needs Program offers 4 weeks of delivered meals that are medically tailored for anyone impacted by the fire that has medical needs and is not able to shop and/or prepare meals.

Rapid Re-Housing Services for Fire Survivors
Through a combination of grant funds from the North Bay Fire Relief Funds (NBFRF) and other grantors, it is COTS’ goal is to serve a minimum of 180 individuals with Rapid Re‐Housing Services.

Housing First Support
Provide permanent housing assistance and placement, temporary housing, assistance with household items, furniture, supplies, food, and transportation, resource services, housing retentions and sustainability, mental health services

North Bay Fire Relief Program
The goal of JFCS North Bay Fire Relief programs is to assist those in need to return to self-sufficiency and personal stability. JFCS is providing case management and education to help the community recover.

Foster-A-Family Initiative
The Foster-A-Family initiative was created to work with families displaced by or affected by the recent fires in Sonoma County. by helping families replace items lost in the fires and to help pay rent or deposits for those who are currently struggling to make their payments.

Additional Food Distribution
Station 3990 distributes food twice weekly. Station 3990 was activated days after the fires and will continue operating and add new sites as needed, targeting those impacted by the fires.

House-In-A-Box Household Items Support
Provide case management to low-income displaced families and individuals and supply newly housed low-income individuals with a House-In-A-Box with household necessities.

Housing for Ag Workers
Providing rental and financial assistance to Ag employees along with covering architecture and constructions fees for Ag employee housing.

Crosspoint Church Fire Relief Fund
Provide financial assistance to community members to find housing and replace household items.

2018 Summer Camp Scholarships for Fire Survivor Children
Provide scholarships for school age children to Sonoma Valley families impacted by fires to ensure childcare and youth development continues during recovery.

Disaster Relief Housing Assistance Fund
CAP’s Disaster Relief Housing Assistance Fund may be able to provide short term rental assistance per household and a one-time security deposit assistance per household.

Creative Sonoma Relief Programs
The Recovery Fund will serve creative individuals, enterprises and nonprofit organizations who have experienced economic loss as a result of the fires. The Teaching Artists Relief Project will serve students who suffered loss as a result of the fires.

Independent Living Center
Fire Relief Program will assist people with disabilities who were displaced by the fires and/or lost disability-related equipment and/or have disability-related expenses as a result of the fires in Sonoma and Napa Counties.

Fire Recovery Program
Provide recovery assistance to socioeconomically disadvantaged Latino community members impacted by the North Bay fires.

Undocufund for Fire Relief
Provide immediate monetary assistance for fire relief to undocumented children, individuals and families via direct assistance and referrals.

Emergency Medical Equipment and Care Fund for Fire Victims
Establish a fund to provide immediate financial relief to patients who need to replace lost medical equipment.

Healing through Cultural Arts Wellbeing Workshops
Provide fire-affected populations support in addressing grief and loss from the North Bay Fires through by cultural, environmental, native, and behavioral health providers.

Fire Survivor Assistance for Families
Child Parent Institute will asses and serve our community’s Mental Health needs by providing the most current information and education of the effects of trauma and how to manage it as a community.

Post-Fire Community Support Program
This program is designed to support blind and visually impaired individuals who have sustained trauma particular to their impairment as a result of the North Bay fires.

Post-Fire Farm Therapy Program
Our Farm Therapy Program, located on a 3-acre animal farm sanctuary and garden on the property of the Sonoma Humane Society, teaches young trauma survivors with diagnoses such as post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and attachment disorder how to value and care for living beings, develop respect for all life forms, and create a compassionate way of behaving and relating to others that is the antithesis of their violent experience. This program is geared towards and will cater to school age children.

Imagine YOU Resiliency Support for Fire Survivors
Provide emotional wellbeing and resilience training to fire survivors and agencies serving them.

Case Management and Behavioral Health Program for fire survivors
Expand social services, introduce behavioral health services by a newly hired mental health professional and increase outreach of available services.

Meal & Heal, Summer Camp for Fire-affected youth
Hosting community gatherings for fire-affected families and friends, shared meals and partnering with local health providers for outdoor yoga, meditation, and well-being activities. Additionally, to provide summer day camp scholarships to fire-affected children to provide healing opportunities for free play in nature.

Survivor Support Programs at SRJC
Conduct 20 life planning workshops, provide transportation funding for students, increase enrollment of low literacy, low income adults to SRJC.

Legacy Fire Fund for Mental Health
Brief, free individual and group counseling to those affected by the fires. Our therapists are trained to work with current techniques to manage stress, trauma, loss, and other mental health issues including depression and anxiety. We provide brief therapy to help people stabilize, recover and learn skills for resiliency.

LBC Music For Schools Rebuild Project
Rebuilding the library of over 400 instruments lost during the fires. Those instruments offered school children the opportunity to engage music before and after school.

Safety Net Health Care Services Expansion
PHC aims to assist North Bay fire survivors in recovering physically and mentally from disaster related trauma, promote awareness, improve chronic conditions by improving access to medication.

Roseland Collegiate Prep High School Varsity Basketball
Replacing high school basketball equipment destroyed during the fire. Balls, uniforms, training equipment and the gym was lost.

Integrated Wellness Center
IWC will provide immediate wellness clinic in a vacant classroom providing mental health services along with basic medical services to students at Santa Rosa City Schools.

Musical Instrument and Equipment Replacement
Replacing High School Choir uniforms destroyed in fires.

Wildfire Recovery Core Operating Support for Low-Income Health Care Services
Providing of medical, dental, and mental health services to low-income residents of Sonoma County during Santa Rosa Community Health’s recovery from the October 2017 firestorm.

School-Based Mental Health Services and Housing for Youth Fire Survivors
School-based mental health services and expanded housing and support services for youth including increased intensive case management to transitional age youth and school children - connecting youth to services via SAY’s Street Outreach Team and a range of crisis counseling services and supports for 5-25 year olds.

Equine Fire Relief
Provide grants to fire-impacted individuals, businesses, or nonprofits that specialize in equine well-being.

Sonoma County Indian Health Project/Community Wellness Post Wildfires
Provide Behavioral Health treatment at Sonoma County Indian Health Project post Wildfires and provide community wellness events along with distributing gift cards to those affected by fires.

SSU Mental Health Counseling and Critical Needs Support
Expanding services and increasing access to mental health services for Sonoma State University students affected by the fires and providing education security for those at risk of dropping out due to hardship and supplementing direct assistance funds for affected students.

Resource Integration, Support, and Engagement (RISE) is focused on helping individuals directly impacted by the fires with pro-active behavioral health and trauma support, resource case management and connection with the community that will lead to long-term healing and greater community resilience.

Providing subsidies to families impacted by the fire and supporting childcare providers impacted by fire through financial support.

School-Age Child Care
The grant from the North Bay Fire Relief fund would ensure that 53 homeless children receive free child care and the completion of the Riebli Center rebuild.

Local Assistance Center
Provide a centralized resource to increase local tribal victim service capacity and provide needs assessment, case management, referrals and coordination of care, insurance document review, and emergency financial assistance.

NBCC Trauma Support and Continuity of Child Care for Sonoma County's Low-Income Families Affected by the Wildfires
Provide monthly trauma coaching, and creating an outreach plan. In addition, NBCC will convert a preschool classroom into a toddler classroom. Programing through North Bay Childrens Centr will serve pre-school and school age children.

Napa Student Wellness Center Crisis Response Project
Enhanced emergency counseling and student support services, provide parent/family support workshops, provide staff training on mental health and trauma informed care training

Support Groups for Victims of the Wildfires
Free behavioral/emotional health support groups led by licensed behavioral health staff in Spanish and English.

Operation Access North Bay Emergency Response
Provide at least 100 surgical procedures and diagnostic services to low-income, uninsured Napa and Sonoma community members referred by local community clinics.

Fire Survivor Assistance
Financial assistance to children, uninsured, seniors, undocumented, homeless, low-income via hardship grants (food, shelter, clothing), financial literacy, occupational transferable skills training, mental health referrals/services, and case management/care coordination.

Focus on Providing Additional Unmet Disaster Related Short Term Needs of Fire Victims.
